I worked with several deck plans for different cruises where I had to colour code the layouts and translate the text on it from Croatian to English.

In the example on the right, the deck is marked with light brown, light yellow is the hallway, light blue are beds in cabins and the remaining space in cabins is marked with yellow. The layouts were created for publishing on the company's partner agency's website.
